Submits applications and manages the deal

№	Step	Action
1	Find a listing	Open the catalog, choose an apartment or house and open the listing page.
2	Complete your profile	In tenant profile add «About me» (20+ chars), optionally family, pets, video greeting.
3	Submit application	Set start date and message to the owner. Only long-term rent with OnRento contract is available.
4	Track status	In «My applications» see stages and owner response. After acceptance — «Deals» tab.
5	Complete deal stages	Confirm terms when the owner agrees. Key events appear in the card timeline.

Reviews applications and manages the deal

1	Receive application	Notification for a new application. In «Applications» — name, dates, message and profile snapshot.
2	Decide	Accept to open a deal and continue chat. Decline with a reason (dates, household, other candidate, etc.).
3	Manage the deal	Advance stages: contacts, viewing, terms, contract, move-in. Comments go to history.
4	Record payment	After viewing fill «Payment & deposit» before moving to agreed terms.

Status	What happens
Under review	Tenant submitted with start date and message. Owner sees profile snapshot.
Declined	Owner declined with a reason. A new application can be submitted later.
Cancelled by tenant	Tenant withdrew before owner decision.
Accepted	Owner accepted — a deal opens automatically.

1	Deal opened	Parties negotiate in chat and on rental terms.
2	Terms agreed	Price, dates, deposit. Tenant confirms; payment schedule is recorded.
3	Contract pending	Preparing and signing contract on OnRento.
4	Contract signed	Contract recorded in the system with signing date.
5	Move-in scheduled	Key handover and move-in date agreed.
6	Active tenancy	Current rental period per agreed dates.
7	Completed	Move-out, settlement, deal closed successfully.
